Fit and Feminine is a women’s-only gym based in Sydney. When owner Cindy first partnered with us, she was a personal trainer running sessions out of her garage. She came to us for help with social media management and a full rebrand.
We started by developing a bold new brand identity that aligned with her vision of empowering women through fitness. From there, we built a custom website designed to convert traffic into leads, showcasing her services, success stories, and community-driven approach.
Through consistent social media strategy, targeted content creation, and performance-based posting, we rapidly grew her online presence. Within a year, Cindy was able to move out of her garage and open a fully equipped women’s-only gym in Sydney’s Inner West. Today, Fit and Feminine is a thriving fitness community with a waitlist of new clients, proof that when the right branding and digital strategy come together, real growth happens.
